THE CERTIFICATION PROCESS

This certification attests to the selection process, in-house training and support to which the trainer is subjected in the course of his or her work at the Institute. Once they have completed a specific Excellence Trainer training course, and met the acceptance conditions, we guarantee the high level of our trainers, whom we place at your service.

Selection based on four criteria:

  • Technical expertise,
  • Professional experience,
  • Teaching skills,
  • Relational skills and emotional intelligence.

A minimum interview with:

  • A Jury of Vocational Training Experts,
  • The President of EXCELLIS International.

During this interview, candidates are put into a real-life situation: their technical qualifications must necessarily be complemented by a “presence” in the room.

Passing on and sharing EXCELLIS International know-how

  • Technical training with our experts
  • Co-lead sessions with the Training Manager
  • Independent training facilitation
  • Feedback meeting with managers and satisfaction questionnaires
  • Regular participation in internal events to share best practices
  • Daily use of the intranet to share teaching resources.

Support:

  • Monitoring daily customer reviews
  • Weekly meetings with the training manager
  • On-site accompaniment once or twice a year.
